Technical Lead
Postions-2

Education: Bachelors/Masters from a reputed institution.
Years of experience: 5+
Areas of expertise: Windows application development, At least 3 years of experience in .NET, C#. Should have done extensive requirements gathering, design and hands-on development. Should have worked on various Microsoft technologies like ASP.NET, Web Services, ADO.NET. Should have worked on databases preferably SQL Server. Ability to take ownership of a product or project right from inception to  deployment.

S/W Engineer
Positions- 8

Education: Bachelors/Masters from reputed institution.
Years of experience: 2+
Areas of expertise: Windows application development, At least a year of experience in .NET, C#. Should have worked on databases preferably SQL Server.
Responsibilities: Complete assignments on time under supervision, implementation/test/documentation. Identify self training needs.

Senior SW Engineer

Position -5

Education: Bachelors/Masters from reputed institution.
Years of experience: 3+
Areas of expertise: Windows application development, At least one and half years of experience in .NET, C#. Should have worked on databases preferably SQL Server.
Responsibilities: Complete assignments on time under supervision, module level design/ implementation/test/documentation. Identify self training needs and should be process-driven. Act as a mentor for at least two software engineers.

DBA
Position-1

Years of experience: 5+
Areas of expertise: Should have experience  with demonstrated expertise in installation, programming, configuration, and administration of MS SQL Server databases. Good exposure to database designing, script writing, SQL server performance tuning .
