M-Rule is MinVesta’s indigenous Work Rule Builder. It is specifically designed to accommodate your organisation’s complex and varied work rules as well as business rules. It helps to process your timesheets within milliseconds, and returns accurate pay summaries along with user defined exception reports. It is perfectly integrated with the other applications in M-Suite such as M-Time, M-Payroll and M-Bill and can be seamlessly integrated with any other existing application.

Components of M-Rule:

• The Work Rule Builder: This provides the user the ability to define work rules, global rules, pay rates, global calendars and manage these by reading and processing the timesheets, generating pay codes and associated pay and billing rates.
• The Business Objects Manager: This is an indigenous component of MinVesta .It has already been deployed very successfully across various components of M-Suite. It serves as the “brain behind the business rules processing” and has been specifically designed for the staffing business to adapt to fast and constantly changing requirements.
• The Timecard Processor: This mainly serves as a backend processor to interpret and process timecards.
